How do guests upload or view photos?

Guests can upload and view content in two ways:

  • By scanning your QR code displayed at the event
  • By clicking on the personalized link you share via message, email or social media

Both options take you to your Event Portal, where guests can easily upload content from their phones, without having to download apps.

How do I share the QR code?

Simply display the QR code during the event, accompanied by a phrase such as:

“Scan this code to upload photos and videos to share with us!”

What is the QR code and guest link for?

The QR code is designed to be scanned at the event and allows for instant uploads.

The guest link can be sent via email, WhatsApp, Messenger etc., and allows you to upload content remotely or more conveniently.

Can guests download photos or videos?

Yes, any guest can download any content they have uploaded or viewed, even in high quality.

Can I remove content from the gallery?

Yes, of course. From the admin panel click on the "trash" icon to delete.

Are my photos and videos safe?

Absolutely. All content is owned by you and the uploader.
You can choose between:

  • Private Event : Only authorized guests can view and upload. Requests are approved by you via email or dashboard.
  • Public event : anyone with the link or QR can view and upload.

    We never use your content for other purposes without your written consent. Find all the details in our Privacy Policy.

Do you sell or use my photos for business purposes?

No. We do not sell or use your images or videos for any external purpose. They remain visible only in your gallery, according to the privacy settings you have chosen.

What is a private event?

A private event is visible only to guests authorized by you.

Access requests arrive via email or panel, and only after approval will it be possible to view and upload content.

What is the visibility button in search?

The “Visible in Search” toggle determines whether your event is searchable on infinitebook.org.

  • If disabled , the event does not appear in the results.
  • If enabled , guests can find it via the search field.

Can I download all the photos and videos in the gallery?

Yes, if you have chosen a package that includes the download feature, you can download everything in a single ZIP file directly from the admin panel.

Can I remove photos or videos from my gallery?

Yes. Guests can only delete their own content, while you as the organizer can remove any content directly from the dashboard.
