Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After this period, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

To request a refund:

  • The item must be unused.

  • It must be in the same condition as received.

  • Must include original packaging and all accessories.

Exceptions – Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized products (e.g. QR codes already associated with an event profile).

  • Downloadable digital products.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer .

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and approval (or not) of your refund. If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

  • Verify your bank account or credit card.

  • Contact your bank for any delays.

  • If after these checks you have not received anything, contact us.

Sale items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Substitutions

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you would like a replacement, please contact us via the Contact Us section of the site.

Gifts

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Otherwise, a refund will be sent to the original sender.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, shipping costs will be deducted.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over €60. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.
